Julio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and has over 15 years of industry experience. As Director of Pre-Construction, he leads the entire pre-construction team, driving strategy, accountability, and precision from concept to kickoff. He oversees subcontractor contract development and negotiations, ensuring every project is structured for clarity, protection, and profitability for all parties.
Julio is instrumental in dialing projects in for success—managing estimating, subcontractor alignment, material procurement, scheduling, and early field coordination. His leadership and attention to detail create a strong foundation that allows projects to run efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest level from the start.
